Important Requirement: Parcel Opening Video
To be eligible for a return or exchange, customers must record a clear video while opening the package for the first time.
The video should start before opening the outer packaging and clearly show the shipping label.
It must be recorded without any cuts, pauses, or edits.
The video must clearly show the condition of the product upon opening.
This video is mandatory for any damage claims or product issues.
Without this video, we will not be able to accept any return, refund, or exchange requests.
Exchange Policy for Damaged Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective and you have the required parcel opening video:
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Send the parcel opening video, along with your order number and a brief description of the issue to [majid.jabri@gmail.com].
Once verified, we will arrange for an exchange of the same product within 3–4 working days at no extra cost.
Non-Eligible Returns
Returns for reasons other than product damage or defect will not be accepted.
Products that are used, worn, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return or exchange.
Requests made without the parcel opening video will be declined.
