How long will delivery take?
Delivery times vary by location. Generally, orders are delivered within 3–5 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.
What exactly happens after ordering?
You’ll receive a final delivery confirmation message via SMS, email, or WhatsApp (depending on your chosen communication preferences), confirming that your package has been successfully delivered.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?
Every order placed with Mcubegadgets comes with a detailed invoice, either included in the package or sent to your registered email/WhatsApp after dispatch.

When the order payment is taken of my bank account?
For prepaid orders:
The payment is deducted immediately from your bank account, card, or wallet at the time you confirm the order on our website. You’ll receive an instant payment confirmation via email or SMS/WhatsApp.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:
No payment is taken at the time of order. You’ll pay the full amount in cash (including ₹100 COD charge) when the order is delivered to your doorstep.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
We take great care in packing and shipping your order, but if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we’re here to help — under the following condition:
🔄 You must record a 360° unboxing video at the time of opening the parcel.
This video should clearly show:
The unopened package from all sides
The full process of opening the parcel
The product inside, including the damage or mismatch
⚠️ Please Note:
No complaint will be accepted without a proper unboxing video.
The video helps us verify and resolve your issue quickly and fairly.
The video must be unedited and recorded in one continuous shot.
If your claim meets the above criteria, we’ll arrange for a return, replacement, or refund as per our policy.
💡 To avoid any issues, we strongly recommend you record the video as soon as you receive the parcel, before opening or using the product.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, but only before the order is shipped.
If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately via Email support.
✅ Order Change or Cancellation is possible:
Within 1–2 hours of placing the order
Before the order is shipped or processed
For prepaid and COD orders
Once your order is packed or dispatched, we won’t be able to modify or cancel it.
